DVD purchases
I strongly feel Ebay should make adjustments to feedback time frames with specific items such as DVD's. I have bought quite a few complete series, and the time frame to leave feedback is way to short. How can I receive a 20-30-40 disc set and expect to watch them all in the time allowed to leave positive/negative feedback? Most the series I have got from here have/had issues. Only 1 seller was ethical enough to replace an entire series when I informed him most were damaged. I'm dealing with another one right now (well, the past month or more) that said he would replace the won't-play disc's but needed me to wait 15 days. Its been over 30 and after I contacted him 2 days ago, he said he just got them and they are on the way with tracking. They are not and he hasn't replied since. If I'm expected to leave positive feedback before watching these, the end result will be the same and other buyers will never know who not to buy from. AND I can't return them! So, why can't they extend time frames for items that need that time to see if they are good or not?
