DVD Player didn't work
I recently purchased a Sony DVD Player that didn't work from the beginning. There should be a way for buyers to get a refund when equipment don't work. To hide behind no refunds allowed is a catch all for some sellers to knowingly sell defective products. Ebay would not allow me to post negative feedback to alert other buyers about this seller. Ebay has lost a good customer in me, if it's more beneficial to protect unscrupulous seller than so be it. To the Seller and Ebay the money I lost, I worked hard for, and in the long run you'll pay. It was nice while it lasted. If a seller says "NO REFUND ALLOWED" run , cause the item is defective.

Good news, you are protected by eBay;s Money Back Guarantee and eBay has a solution for you to return the item and get a refund regardless of the Seller's No returns policy.
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return claim using the reason does not match pictures or description. eBay will issue you a FREE pre-paid shipping label. You return the item to the Seller and they will have 2 days to refund you once tracking shows it has been delivered to them. If they do not refund you then go back to the claim and use the Ask eBay to step in link to force the refund.
You do NOT have to be in contact with the Seller during this process, let the eBay system work for you.
