DVD player catches fire

Question

https://www.ebay.com/usr/hypermicrosystems Sold a DVD player that catches fire for 43.08 It's capable of burning down the house and killing all of us. I've been ignored about returning the items. They said they'll send me a label for return. I have received nothing. No more shopping from eBay for me. This is very scary. More likely, I will never see money.

@wes2591 Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. Attach a photo. The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
