I have been waiting for my DVD newer one that your company was to send me since the one I've is defective.

If the seller has not sent your replacement item, you should open an official return so that eBay can help you get a refund after you return the defective item. They will make the seller send you a prepaid label for the return.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Write defective in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

OP5 months agoReceived my letter I've sent to sender, and the postmaster made attempts to forward letter and was unable to and it has been over 2 weeks and I'm out of money for my product I wanted to purchase ..I'm at the point this moment not to do business with EBAY anymore

If you never opened a return, eBay cannot help, and it is probably too late to open one now.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item received.

·7 months agoWe didn’t sell you anything, and neither did eBay. You purchased from an individual seller that listed their item on the eBay site. If it’s been more than one day - but less than 30 days - since it was supposed to arrive, locate the item in your purchase history and open an item not received case for the one that never arrived.

Mentor7 months agoThat is not an eBay location. The seller is just using the eBay name in the return address. They may sell on multiple sites and just do this to know what site they sold the item on.

ebay does not sell or ship anything. You should return the defective DVD to the seller, then make a new purchase.
