Duplicated purchase
I was recently offered a discount from a seller. I accepted the deal. However, in the middle of the transaction, I got the same message again. That the seller had offered the discount. I continued to transaction. My purchase was successful the item is being shipped. However when I went to my cart to complete my purchase, there were two accepted deals. My intention was only to accept one. Both were for the same amount. The transaction had been duplicated somehow. I have tried to remove this from my cart, now i'm receiving a message that is telling me to finish my purchase. I have attempted to contact the seller numerous times to ask them to remove the Duplicated purchase. They indicate that there was only one. However, I am getting this message to finish the second transaction. I have no intention to finish. I wish to remove it. Can any one tell me how ?
