Duplicate shipping refund

Question

I accidentally chose to print my label. I then went in and requested a refund and chose to use the QR code. I have not been refunded tho. Both of these tracking numbers were acquired thru ebay. This tracking number was for the printable label. 9400108205496965094485

When I click it the tracking shows delivered as well as the QR code I actually used that has a totally different tracking number. 9400108205499104719942.

I did not use both to send I mean that makes no since. also why would I print it and then waste time at the post office using the QR code. Please help me if possible. this was my 1st shipment ever with ebay. I hope to have many many more! Also I cannot find where to directly contact ebay.
