How can I get a refund on one of the 2 shipping labels that I purchased for the same item in error

Void the label here -

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

The refund takes about 3 weeks.

Thanks for sending the answer to my duplicate shipping labels question. I finally found it on the ebay site and did follow the instructions. Waiting 2-3 weeks is ludicrous. Also having to fish around the ebay website is ridiculous considering how much money they take in fees and commissions. They can't afford someone to answer a phone inquiry?

So many sellers print their labels far in advance of shipping that the carriers have to wait to see if the label gets used.

Every help page has a contact us link at the bottom where you can request a call from customer service. Sadly, almost all companies want AI to handle the bulk of the questions.
