Duplicate shipping label purchased and cannot get a refund from eBay!!!
I accidentally purchased an extra shipping label for a transaction and went to seller hub and put in cancel label for the non-used duplicated label and have had no resolve from eBay!! I cannot even talk to an agent about getting this rectified!! Getting very frustrated with the lack of seller help from customer service.

Mentor6 months agoIf you went to your shipping label list and cancelled the unused label then the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used. This takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the refund is allowed by the carrier and it will be available as a payout.
