Duplicate shipping label mistake
Does anyone know how long it takes to receive funds for a duplicate shipping label?
I didn't realize the shipping label is generated each time the button is pressed when I reviewed a sale on my phone.
I requested cancelation for the duplicate late June, but am still not seeing the amount returned to me. The status for the duplicate label just shows cancelation requested and has not changed in weeks.
This is completely my mistake, maybe someone else did the same thing and can offer some tips.
The chat bot was not helpful.

Mentor1 year ago@ajk84 It usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks as the postal carrier has to make sure that the label wasn't used.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
