Duplicate Shipping Label
So, somehow I purchased two shipping labels for the same item. It will not let me cancel the one I did not use. Is there a way to get my money back? Also, I assume the customer did not pay twice. It came out of my funds, correct?

Yes, the buyer did not pay twice. He pays for shipping when he checks out to pay for his purchase. You were charged for the shipping labels.
First, be sure you are trying to cancel the correct label (the one you didn't use).
You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here (once that deadline passes, you won't be able to cancel it):
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
If you are still within the 28 days and you still can't cancel the label, you can contact eBay and ask to speak with an Agent from this link:
