duplicate shipping label
Hello,
I printed the shipping label to send to my buyer, and the post office said it did not cover the cost,
so I canceled the shipping label and created a new one to send out. It said on ebay that after
21 days the shipping canceled label would be refunded, but it has not. It says the void was rejected.
How can I get this refunded?

Mentor2 years agoI assumed you clicked to VOID the label the same day you printed it after returning home from the post office? You only had 5 days to VOID the label. Did the clerk at the post office scan that first label that s/he claimed was underpaid? If s/he did scan it, did s/he then void out the acceptance scan?
