Duplicate shipping label
duplicate shipping labels for order No. 16-10735-16055 were issued. The one with tracking No. 9405508205498296244082 was not used - how do I get the postage paid $ 20.62 refunded?

If you inadvertently purchased two labels you can VOID the one you don't plan to use on this page: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
You have 5 days to VOID the label, use the pull-down menu on the left and select Void label and follow the pop up prompts to complete the action. You will be credited in 21 days or less.
