Duplicate shipping charge
I was charged price for the same items shipping label. The first one was defective and I was unable to use it. I voided that one out prior to Requesting another however, I cannot void it out now or seem to get a refund for those fees.

Mentor2 years agoThe refund takes about 3 weeks after you submit the void request - you do not have to submit it again.
