Duplicate Auction
Hi, I'm a little concerned about a lot of edible items I won at 4am Sunday. I won the auction, and immediately thereafter I noticed the same seller has the exact same items up for auction again. I messaged the seller asking if he was selling a duplicate lot of items and they said "yes". I then asked for confirmation of the items in the lot. No answer. 2 days later I asked when my items would ship. No answer. The seller has zero reviews and I am worried the seller is ripping me off or if they get a higher amount on the 2nd duplicate auction, then they will cancel my order. I don't know exactly what I should do.

Mentor2 years agoIs there some reason you think the seller wouldn't have multiple units of the items you bought?
If you don't receive your item and it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
