duplicate accounts
I bought a computer recently and wanted to leave positive feedback for the seller. When I signed into my account the most recent purchase was shown as a book that was delivered in May of 2024. I think there is a possibility that I have a duplicate account but getting information through Ebays normal help actions doesn't solve my problem. Is there a way to speak with one of their reps?

If you have more than one eBay account, you will need to sign out of one eBay account and sign in to the other eBay account to leave feedback for transactions in that other eBay account.

OP1 year agoI think there is a duplicate account but I can not get into it because I don't know the user name or password. My only solution seems to be to talk to one of their representatives. How can I reach them?

Mentor1 year agoIf the eBay account was created inadvertently by signing in using a social media account, try using the email address associated with that social media account as your eBay username, then try resetting the password.

If there's a problem, I believe it might be something within eBay rather than your recently purchased computer. Checking your feedback, I find that the four most recent As Buyer are listed as "Past year" and likewise are the four most recent Left for Others. Are these time frames correct?
Go to your Purchase History page – btw, is that where you determined the May 2024 date? – and on that page, the buttons across the top of the list, click the Show Hidden button and see what you find there.
