Fedex dumped an 85 lb package at my door as I sat here, no signature and torn up. I want to return it but I can't bring it in the house. How to get fedex emergency pick up

You want to return it because the shipping box was torn? You can if the seller accepts returns but you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. The condition of the envelope, box or packaging shouldn't be a reason to return it, but nonetheless you can if their policy is returns accepted.

Not getting inside your house is not the seller or FedEx's problem. You need a dolly or a hand truck or someone to give you a hand with that chore.
