Dumb mistake
I am wondering if there is anything I can do to correct a mistake I made returning an item. I had a defective item, the ignition cables on a weber started kept sliding out of place. When I spoke with the seller, their response was did I contact the manufacture... so after debating with myself, I decided to open a return. Problem is, I had two items with similar titles and I wasn't paying attention when I selected the wrong item to return. Worse, I only realized it then because the dollar amount wasn't what I was expecting (I returned a $43 item to a seller I purchased a $28 item from).
I should have realized the process was going too smoothly, especially after the email the seller sent telling me to go back to the manufacture...
Anywho... Is there any way to rectify MY stupid mistake... Appreciate any and all advice!
