Dude filed a claim to do a return and sent the item to wrong addresses
Hey Everyone,
I recently dealt with a situation where someone wanted to return a purse and wallet bundle they bought from me. I have a no-return policy, so I didn’t want to accept the return. The buyer took the case to eBay, falsely claiming the size was wrong. Despite this, eBay ruled in their favor. They said they would send the items back but shipped them to two different places: Chicago and South Carolina, while I’m in Maryland. It’s been nearly impossible to contact anyone from eBay for help, and every time I try to appeal, the buyer keeps winning, even with all the evidence I have. What should I do?
