Dubbed charge for shipping
I was charged twice on May 4th to send a package to buyer. I called eBay that day to cancel the second label charge, but now I see they still charged me. HELP

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.

You just need to cancel the label. It will take about 3 weeks to get a refund as the postal carrier has to make sure that you do not use the shipping label.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

For future reference this is how you REPRINT a label>
Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.
