Drop seller
I got a order today from seller it has a gift receipt from Amazon with name on it, wrong item was in it, can I get a refund have proof they drop shipped.

Mentor10 months agoDrop shipping itself is not a policy violation. However, when you get a package from Amazon with a gift receipt in the package this is a violation of both eBay and Amazon policy since they probably used their Prime membership to purchase the item. So they can be reported to both companies for violating policy. eBay will not just give you money back because of what they did.
You will need to open an "Item not as described" case for the wrong item. So the seller will have to provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back and then give a full refund once they receive the item back.
