Drop in seller status
Hi,
I have been selling on Ebay for less than 1 year. I had been doing really well and received Top Status fairly quickly. In the past week, I dropped to Below Standard.
Reason 1- slow shipping- I always ship the next day when I have 2 day shipping on. I have noticed though both USPS and UPS haven't been good about updating their shipping and tracking
Reason 2- I was cleaning out my store and removing poor sellers. Reason for ending the listings, I said Out of Stock, meaning I was taking them out of stock, ( I think here lies the issue,)
1- how do I resolve this?
2-What should I put for the reason for removing items in the future?
