I’m trying to sell 250 records ( all G - G+ only so individually listed is a waste of time ) In 1 listing using a drop down menu to show each available title , condition and price . Any information on how to to would be greatly appreciated!!

You're talking about a variation listing, which is supposed to be used for the same item in different colors or sizes, not different items.

Mentor2 years ago"Choice" listings are not allowed, so unless each group of records has something in common to put in the title a variation listing might be pulled.
Otherwise, create a fresh new listing. Select the category. If the category supports variations, you will see Create Variations to click on.
