I purchased this drone and controller but didn't open the package until well after the return date had expired. The reason for waiting was for my neighbor being some one who has experience with drones as I have none. I didn't want to ruin my purchase and wanted to wait for someone who knew about them. The person finally showed up and tried setting up the controller. It kept coming up battery not compatible. I've contacted the drone superstore via messaging and am getting no where. I told them I didn't want my money back I just wanted a working product. They told me to start a return but I can't because of the time frame. I recently sent the drone and controller back to an address on the website and it's being returned to me because the address is incorrect. I can't find a phone number for this place. Was wondering if anyone can help me resolve my problem....Thanks

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is 30 days from the date of delivery. eBay can not extend this time limit OR make the seller send a working drone.
Since it is too late for help from eBay your only option is a charge back with your funding source for an item that is significantly not as described. They have time limits too so don't delay.
