Drone Bad Battery
Hello!
I recently bought a drone but the battery that came with it was/is defective and caused the drone to turn off mid-air and crash resulting in damage. I contacted the seller before flying it and told them about the dead battery and asked for a replacement. Still no update on that which was over a week ago. This the the DJI FPV drone and the goggles showed “damaged battery†but then it went away the next day so I decided to fly it and that’s when the crash happened.
am I able to return it? Seller says returns accepted. I realized I shouldn’t have flown it regardless but am I able to get any compensation or help on this? Thank you so much
