I purchased a drill on eBay and i attempted to use it in my dental lab class today for the first time. At first use the motor was slow and weak, as I continued use it blow. I need to speak to someone about this situation

@mil_735207 So sorry that happened. I hope no one was hurt. You have only 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described refund request on eBay. An eBay agent can not extend the time limit.

If it is past 30 days then you will need to file a chargeback with your funding source for an item that is significantly not as described. Then the card company process the refund from the sellers account.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
