Dress scam?
I purchased a dress in March on a best offer. Seller accepted my offer. I never recieved the dress even when it said delivered. I ask ebay about what to do. Ebay closed my case as it said delivered. I did not get my money either. Just last week I was looking at dresses I like and saw that the seller of the dress I had purchased was selling the same dress I never had delivered. Selling for almost twice what I paid for it the first time. I called Ebay they said they would reach out to her. Apparently they did and she sent ME an offer of $70.00 for the dress I already paid for + shipping. Apparently she said the dress was returned to her some how magically. I was never informed that the dress was returned to her and why wasn't I offered my money back if she got her dress magically returned. She has already been paid once for this dress and selling it again for twice as much almost. Please help me
