The 75 day time period is now triggered off the most recent update made on a draft and then saved to the draft file.
If you End a listing it is moved to your Unsold file and it will remain there for 90 days until you Relist it, make a change and save it (which puts it in the Draft folder) or delete it.

Mentor11 months agoDrafts expire and are automatically deleted 75 days after the last update. As to the number you can have, I really don't know.
