SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME , UNTIL THEY WENT OUT FOR DELIVERY.

Mentor4 months ago@8278dakota Sorry but Per eBay Policy, buyers can only request to cancel an order. A seller can accept, decline, or ignore the request.
If the seller declines your cancellation request, or if they've already shipped your item, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then request a return. If your order wasn't canceled and you haven't received the item, you can report that the item hasn't arrived once the last estimated delivery date has passed.
