If you are trying to add photos, from a card, they may not be able to be found when you try to upload them. You should add them to your device's saved photos, and when you go to upload them use the search or drag, or download files option to find the saved files. You can do an online search for "How do I upload photos to ebay".
Photos must be at least 500 pixels on the longest side and fewer than 7,000 pixels on any one side.
If you are using a phone do a google search for "How do I add photos to ebay, on my iphone or android phone.
I use a digital camera that has a SanDisk removeable chip. When I insert it into my laptop it appears on the E drive with a DCIM folder. When I click on the DCIM folder all the folders on the chip appear. Clicking on any of the folders opens them so I can access the pictures. I upload right from the chip.
