Download Financial Statements on eBay
I'm trying to just download a total financial statement summary for past years, and not just the months....any idea how to do so? I can't change the dates on the date fields to get just the past years that I'm needing. Any help would be great!

Seller Hub> Payments > Reports
Change your time period to "Custom"
Select: Jan 01, 2024-Dec 31, 2024 (or similar)
Right on the screen you will see the totals you need
- Sales
- Fees
- Shipping Labels
- Returns
B) Or you can generate a specific transactions report here:

Pick the parameters
- Select the Items you want in "Transaction Type"
- Select the time period: Jan 01, 2024-Dec 31, 2024
- Click Create Report
When notified, download the CSV file which will open in Excel.
You can create a formula to total the columns

OP11 months agoThanks so much for the reply!! I was just needing 'Financial Summary' for the past years like from 2022 back to 2018.....in PDF format..... I still can't find out how to do that.....I did get the reports in CSV file format, but it's sooo hard for me to read, as I'm just NOT proficient in Excel. ANY way to request from them past year 'Financial SUMMARY' reports in PDF? Thanks again!!
