Doubled charged for shipping!
Hi! The buyer paid for shipping. I added insurance, but was also charge for the full shipping costs! How can I remove / refund for the shipping that I paid for. Both buyer and seller have paid shipping now! Help!

Mentor1 year ago@alai3252 Buyer pays you for shipping. YOU use the buyers money to purchase the shipping label since you have the item. This is not a mistake, but it is something that confuses many sellers.
