Double tracking numbers
I’m new to selling. I printed a label from eBay and it gave me a tracking number. However , at the post office I needed to pay more for shipping because I underestimated. I was given another tracking number and was told the other is now invalid. I added the new tracking number but now it looks like I have two shipments. How do I void out the original tracking number?

Mentor3 years agoOnly the tacking number that confirms delivery is needed. Do worry about the other one. However, if you purchased a new label at the post office, and the original label was not used or scanned, void it within five days here for a credit.

OP3 years agoThank you. It all worked out. I did not need a credit if my ordinal label after all. At the post office, they were able to give me a credit for what I had already paid. I just had to show them what I paid; it was conveniently in my phone
