I've been paying 2 times for shipping once out of the sale and once from funds.keep getting ebay help people that just want to say i'm full of ----- what can i do? they owe me over $1000.i've quit selling a few times hoping that they would quit charging twice.but all they did was charge me two times for fees and shipping so now i'm loosing $20 per sale.anybody know how to get ahold of support at their office want to ntell them i'm going to sue them.

OP2 years agoI finally figured it out.why would they show money as being deducted from shipping in two places once from item that you sold and another from your funds.why don't they only show from the sale the heck with the deduction from funds they can just have a total amount in funds if you want to know total available.the same with the fees why show the deduction in 2 different forms of deduction once from funds and 1 from sale of item that's 2 deductions from 2 different sources if u ask me.The charges are for the same shipping label

What do you mean, ‘once out of the sale and once from funds’?
If you were being charged twice, there would be two shipping labels.
