    Double shipping payment
                     

    Entered wrong weight on shipping label.  Canceled it.  Entered correct weight.  Printed label.  Mailed.  Both payments were charged .  Tried getting through on eBay.  Got the run around.  How do I get refund?

    If you voided the label, it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your refund for it. USPS wants to ensure that the label isn't used.

     

    If you haven't voided the label, you can do it within 5 days of purchase here:
    https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

    It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
