Double shipping charge
Buyer was charged shipping, but shipping charge was also deducted from my payout. How do I contact a person, not automated chat, to resolve??

Mentor5 months agoThe buyer pays YOU for the shipping, since you have the item. You then take that money and buy the shipping label wherever you like. If you use ebay shipping, you can pay for the label from your pending payout or Paypal account.

OP5 months agoExactly what I thought, but eBay deducted the shipping label fee from my payout. First time that happened. Not sure how to contact a real person to fix it. Thanks!
