Double selling fees
I just sold a relisted camera and was charged for " both " sales even though it didn't sell the first time $5 each but as of right now I can't even dispute the issue system is down can anyone explain this.

When you listed the camera did you have a reserve price on your auction? If so the $5 fee is for adding the reserve. It is charged whether or not the item sells and each time it is relisted.

When you add features with optional fees you are shown the listing fee before you list.
