Double refund
I had a buyer do a USPS claim that was approved and they got a check. Then eBay automatically sent them a return label and instead of saying they already got reimbursed, they returned the item and eBay refunded them. Even though I called and talked to customer service and told them not to 3 days before! So I appealed it and they still said they were keeping the outcome. I'm beyond **bleep** and wonder if this has happened to anyone else, and what you did. I refuse to take the loss. I can't file the USPS claim because they did.

I am sorry that happened.
If the item is returned, eBay is going to refund the buyer.
Should this happen again,
- you file the insurance claim
- you refund the buyer, before they open a case, or in the case if they open one.
