Double payment of 1 product
I bought 1 product and in my statement I figured that I made the transaction 2 times, by mistake I get an old delivery address and I agree with the seller cancel the purchase to make it later correctly with my current address, and I do form that they made the return but only 1 of the 2 amounts, I want to contact EBay worse in help I answer the automatic and when I ask you to call me they do not do it, what to do?

Okay, lets clarify something:
You bought this item twice from what I understand so far.
Did you buy it twice with the wrong address?
Or once with the wrong address and then once with the right address?
If it was the second option, then you should have been refunded for the one bought under the wrong address. Which is what it sounds like was done.
So if that's the case, is there a problem? Just need a bit more clarity on what you did, step by step.
