Double paid for shipping label

Question

Hello, I inadvertently signed up for a shipping service when I though I was buying a label, then when I couldn't find the label, I purchased one out of the proceeds from the sale of my clarinet. Paypal has helped me cancel the shipping service, but how do I get a refund for the shipping service that I signed up for and didn't use?

I don't understand what you're saying about a 'shipping service' ... but I can help you get refunded for buying an extra shipping label:

We have 5 days to VOID a USPS shipping label we haven't used. USPS will send a refund in 2-3 weeks.

[We aren't charged for either UPS or FedEx labels until we use them.]
