DOUBLE ORDER AND ADDED SHIPPING AS A LINE ITEM
Just bid and ordered an item with shipping, straight forward transaction. During the night a second item, higher cost was posted to my account, the money taken out of the auto pay, no bids, no approvals, they just scammed it. On top of that they added a line item and called it UPS SHIPPING,in addition to the already included shipping charges. When called on they said you have to go to ebay, we dont get involved with the charges.. I CANCELLED BOTH ORDERS, WAS REFUNDED BY CHASE BANK THE FIRST BUT NOT THE SCAMMED SECOND ORDER , BUYERS BEWARE...
