Double order
What do I do if I accidentally placed two orders when I only needed one. I had repeatedly asked the seller to cancel one order hours before they generated a label. The seller did not respond, then four hours after my request they generated two labels. Both orders state shipped. The seller will not respond. What do I do?

·3 years agoAll you can do is ask the seller to cancel, but they are not required to.
If they accept returns, once you receive the items, you file for a return.
