I can’t find the email from eBay listing the fees and reset fee. Everything I see now just says “selling feeâ€, like I was blind to see something specific as “reset feeâ€. And 15% selling fee for a $75 item on top of sales tax really cuts into any profit. In order to get its value, I have to charge more for an item to get its basic value in return. I just don’t like doing any business that way, so I’m baling from eBay

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Cancelling a label is easy and it works.
Regarding the 'reset fee' what was the amount?
CAn you copy and paste all the transactions for that order here?
