Double charges
I was double charged for a purchase that I cancelled, but only received a refund for one charge. How do I get Ebay to refund the duplicate amount that was charged to my bank account?

If you used a credit or debit card for your purchase, one of those "charges" may actually be an "authorization hold" and not a debit. Check with your bank to clarify.
The procedure goes like this:
1) eBay places a "hold" on enough funds to cover the purchase while they process your purchase (no money is removed from your account).
2) Then eBay actually charges your account and takes the funds.
3) Afterwards, eBay releases the hold and that money is still in your account.
