Double charged for shipping labels
I have been double charged for shipping labels for some time now on orders that I had to reprint because of printer issues, and it happened again today. I've seen in some answers that a label can be cancelled but I can't find that option on either My eBay account or seller hub. I can't just keep eating that amount of money. Any help will be appreciated.

Reprinting the same label is free; selecting Print another label purchases a second label with a new tracking number and charges you again.
Go here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Find each unused duplicate label, then select Actions > Cancel label. Unused USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels can be canceled within 28 days; carrier approval may take up to 21 days.
For future printer problems, choose Download label/Reprint instead of purchasing another label.

OP2 weeks agoIt printed the label with the same tracking number, but it charged me again. This has happened every time I have to reprint the label.
I'll try to cancel the first label, but last time I tried to do that it said I could not.
Thank you
