Double charged for Shipping

Question

I was charged twice for the same shipping label. It's not "pending" on my credit card, it's posted. I can't figure out how to report and request a refund. th system routes me to to cancel it which I can't because it's showing I only bought one and it's being used.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

If you look here do you see both labels or only one? https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub Also make sure the charge isn't for some previous label. If not contact your credit card company.
