Double charged for shipping?

My label got jammed in my printer so I reprinted the label and found out I was double charged for it? Any suggestions if I can get reimbursed? I removed the tracking of the non label, but it did not remove the shipping cost? UGH!!! Thanks!

If you were charged twice, you did not use REPRINT, but used PRINT ANOTHER LABEL instead.

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Find the label, and you can VOID it. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed it was never used. Check the tracking number so you void the correct label.
