I was charged twice on a recent order that I shipped. How do I get a refund?

·3 years agoIf you bought two labels, you have 5 days to void the unused label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the listing.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
