double charged by eBay for shipment - how can I get this resolved

Question

I sold an item and paid for a shipping label via Paypal. I decided that it would be better to deliver the item and so did not print or use the label I bought.

My credit card statement shows not one, but two shares for the unused label, and a single credit in that same amount. The second charge remains.

Is there a way to get this reversed?

Full disclosure: I am not the most sophisticated eBay user in the world.
