·3 years agoIf you are looking at your card online, you may be seeing a "hold" rather than a charge. The process many merchants use when dealing with cards is to first lock, or hold, the funds on the card so that they are not spent. Then eBay will process the actual payment. When the payment has been taken from the account, eBay will release the hold. So look for two debits and one credit.
Sometimes the hold is not released and simply ages off. Sometimes the card company or bank can clear a hold that lingers too long.
