You accidentally bought 2 shipping labels
✓ You can get $18.07 back by cancelling the label that says 'Manifest'
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
✓ The 5.63 looks like your Final Value Fee
✓ The 5.77 was charged to your card since you didn't have enough in available funds to pay for both labels. It's not a separate fee.

OP3 weeks agoWhy it had to be charged twice at $18.07? Now buyer is complaining. Plus, the fund hasn't been deposited to my account as it says paid on Sept 1. Why

Track and manage your shipments
Be very careful to cancel the duplicate and not the actual shipping label.
It will take up to 10 days to see the refund.

$5.77 charged to seller? funds taken out of my account
-$18.07 for manifest
- $18.07 for delivery
Fee of - 5.63
Why there are two shipping labels in the first place?
I still do not see where and when the $30.37 will be deposited.
